Redondo has an Integral program of food safety introduced by the department of Quality and Food Security, which includes the breeder farms and the broiler grow-out terms as well.

The storage systems optimize the space and ensure an optimum rotation of products. Before going on sale, the final product is subjected to controls to assure that they meet the requirements of quality and food safety.
