We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Customer Invoicing Department to support the Purchasing Department.
Administrative Customer Billing Dept. and support to the Purchasing Dept.
POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION CHART
Reporting directly to: Head of Administration
Sales Delivery Notes/Packing Lists/Sales Invoices/Sales Tariffs/
Procurement Control/Purchase Orders/Stock Control/Receipts Management/
Sales Invoicing Department and support to the Purchasing Area.
RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS
Directly and indirectly with all departments
Proactive person, with initiative and ability to work in a team. Responsible, committed, organised and methodical.
