CHICKEN CHULETILLAS are obtained from the juiciest part of the chicken, the thigh, which is cut into strips leaving a presentation reminiscent of suckling pig chops, providing a quick and easy solution for those who prefer the thigh parts for grilling without having to resort to complex boning or using whole pieces.
